Pastor Homer Jamison
A TRUE MAN OF GOD
A native of Clarksdale, MS better known as the Delta and proud founder and Pastor of the Jamison Temple M.B.C., Pastor Homer Jamison extends himself to the fullest to honor and magnify his Lord God. He Pastors along with his wife, Co-Pastor Royal Jamison. Although he has been a Pastor for over 30 years (May, 1979), he has been delightfully married to the love of his life for over 40 years (August, 1970). Their life together has been a “true oneness” that God states a married couple should have.
Through his faithfulness, God has allowed Pastor Jamison to serve in the US Army, obtain a Doctor of Divinity degree from the Union Theological Seminary, serve as Moderator of the New Rising Star of Hope District for 11 years, where he is now noticed as Moderator Emeritus, currently serves as 1st Vice President of the BM&E State Convention and President of Ninety-Nine Percent Pastors Coalition of Metro Detroit. When thinking of what the Lord has for him he says, “I have set the Lord always before me; because he is my right hand, I shall not be moved.” Psalms 16: 8
This anointing that God has placed on Pastor Jamison’s life is indescribable to those who don’t know him. It is truly the words of the lord, “Touch not my anointed, and do my prophets no harm” I Chronicles 16:22, that grants him the grace to endure.
Pastor Jamison is a man of wisdom and integrity. He is a humble, anointed, powerful, fire baptized servant of God. He has made a covenant with God to promote Christianity and exalt the name of Jesus Christ throughout the world. With his commitment of being a God Chaser he is devoted to a daily ritual of praying, preaching, and uplifting and encouraging God’s people. As well as being a God Chaser he is also committed to living by Jesus’ words, “If any man serve me, let him follow me; and where I am, there shall also my servant be: if any man serve me, him will my Father honour.” John 12: 26
